What to expect
Your first appointment is a chance for us to listen. We review your history, examine your teeth and gums, and talk through what we find — including what can wait and what should not.
Please bring a photo ID, your dental insurance card if you have one, a list of medications, and any recent x-rays from another office. If you are nervous about dental visits, tell us when you call. We would rather know than guess.
Insurance & payment
We work with many dental insurance plans. Coverage varies, so call (815) 844-5200 before your visit and we will help you understand what to expect. CareCredit is also listed for this office if you need a payment option beyond insurance.
Please bring
- Photo ID
- Insurance card, if you have coverage
- Medication list
- Recent x-rays, if available
Questions we hear often
Do I need a referral?
No. Call the office to schedule. If another dentist or physician has sent records, bring those or ask their office to forward them.
Do you see children?
Yes. This is a family practice. We are glad to see children and adults in the same household, and we will tell you honestly if a specialist is the better next step.
What if I am in pain?
Call the office at (815) 844-5200. Describe what you are feeling and we will do our best to get you in.
When are you open?
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Wednesday 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. We are closed Friday through Sunday.
